In addition to the Request for Certification, veterans must also complete and submit the Academic Advising Verification form. This form should be filled out with assistance from the student's academic advisor, who is required to approve the student veteran's registration each semester.
The VA requires completion of the Academic Advising Verification form each semester the student is enrolled at the University to confirm, with corroboration from the academic advisor, that the classes for which a student is registered are applicable and required for the student veteran's program of study.
